• This is an easy and effective way to calm the nervous system that integrates both sides of the brain and promotes mental focus in a busy world.
• When feeling stressed or overstimulated, this is a simple energy balancing technique that induces calm and relieves anxiety enabling one to achieve balance and clarity in moments.
• This can be done both standing up and sitting down. Repeat on both sides of the body for optimal effect.
How to do it:
• Cross one ankle over the other
• Extend both arms straight out in front of the body
• Cross one wrist over the other
• Turn palms to face each other and clasp hands together
• Draw clasped hands downward and inward to hold at heart level.
• Close eyes and inhale deeply through nose, hold for a few seconds, and breathe out slowly through the mouth.
• Repeat on other side of body
