Wayne Cook’s Hook-up, a quick reset technique for mind and body

This is an easy and effective way to calm the nervous system that integrates both sides of the brain and promotes mental focus in a busy world.

When feeling stressed or overstimulated, this is a simple energy balancing technique that induces calm and relieves anxiety enabling one to achieve balance and clarity in moments.

This can be done both standing up and sitting down. Repeat on both sides of the body for optimal effect.


How to do it:

Cross one ankle over the other

Extend both arms straight out in front of the body

Cross one wrist over the other

Turn palms to face each other and clasp hands together

Draw clasped hands downward and inward to hold at heart level.

Close eyes and inhale deeply through nose, hold for a few seconds, and breathe out slowly through the mouth.
